Pavement Marking Subcontractor for Commercial Construction
Precision Pavement Solutions works with general contractors and paving contractors on new construction, commercial site improvements and government projects.
We provide plan-based takeoffs, parking lot layout, pavement markings, ADA parking markings, preformed thermoplastic, signs, wheel stops, bollards and selected site improvements.
PPS also performs subcontract work on government and military installation projects through general contractors.
What Can PPS Include in a Construction Proposal?
Our scope can include:
- Parking lot layout from civil plans
- New construction line striping
- ADA parking spaces and access aisle markings
- Fire lanes, crosswalks, stop bars and directional arrows
- Pavement stenciling and designated parking markings
- Preformed thermoplastic pavement markings
- Parking lot signs and wheel stops
- Bollards and selected concrete or site improvements
Pavement markings are installed to project plans and specifications.
Can You Prepare Quantities From Construction Drawings?
Yes. PPS prepares plan-based takeoffs to help define pavement marking quantities and related site items.
Relevant civil drawings, pavement marking schedules, details and specifications help us evaluate the scope.
Where plans contain missing details or conflicting information, those items should be clarified before final pricing or installation.
Can You Coordinate With Other Trades?
Yes. Pavement marking work often depends on the completion and condition of paving, concrete and other site work.
We coordinate scheduling with the general contractor and identify site readiness requirements before mobilization.
Night and weekend scheduling may be available when required by the project.
Do You Work on Government and Military Projects?
PPS performs subcontract work on government and military installation projects through general contractors.
Project-specific documentation, access requirements, insurance requirements and specifications should be provided during bidding so they can be reviewed as part of the scope.
What Should a GC Send for a Quote?
Send the relevant civil sheets, pavement marking plans, specifications, bid schedule and anticipated construction timeline.
Identify any requirements for phasing, restricted site access, material selection or coordination with other trades.
Call 843-592-0682 or send the bid documents through our contact page. The form accepts PDF plans.
